Spencer Aircraft ships typically the same or next business day that an order is completed and payment has been processed. We are unable to ship on Saturday or Sunday. Spencer ships using UPS, FEDEX or US mail. The shipping method can be selected on the website in the shopping cart.
Special offers, such as free shipping when orders exceed $199, apply only when the total weight of the items is less than 30 pounds and only to the lower 48 Continental United States and will be shipped using the ground shipping method (Fedex, UPS or USPS) we choose. Certain items are prohibitted from the offer such as plastic caps and plugs, aircraft batteries and ladders. When the items in the cart meet this criteria, then the free shipping option will appear in the shipping section of the shopping cart. -
- Orders destined for other countries or sent through freight forwarding companies will not be processed until they have been reviewed by our sales department for compliance with US regulations and trade restrictions and must be paid via wire transfer of funds prior to shipment. Spencer Aircraft abides by all US Government regulations and trade restrictions.

Spencer Aircraft will accept returns of unused product in their original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice, for up to 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the sales price minus a 25% restocking fee. Special Order products are subject to approval by Spencer Aircraft Management under the same basic terms withe a 50% restocking fee.
All sales on tinted paints are final unless special arrangements are made in advance.
Unless the return is due to an error on the part of Spencer Aircraft, customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is the customer's responsibility that the item he/she is purchasing is suitable for the intended application. If there is any question, please call our friendly staff at (253) 848-9349. We are open seven days a week.

All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason. Where the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available from stock the Buyer shall be notified that a backorder condition may exist in the shopping cart area. Due to the rapidly changing price and availability from our manufacturers, PRICING ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE NECESSARY FOR BACKORDERED ITEMS.

Spencer Aircraft accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards drawn on US Banks for on-line purchases. Spencer Aircraft cannot accept credit cards from countries other than the US and Canada. Any orders from or destined to foreign countries or freight forwarding companies will not be processed until they have been reviewed by our sales department for compliance with US regulations and trade restrictions and will require a wire transfer of the funds prior to shipment.
We will also accept purchase orders from customers who have an already established NET account with Spencer Aircraft. All orders are considered pending until payment has been verified or secured regardless of the method. Spencer Aircraft will attempt to contact the the Buyer if there has been a problem with verifying payment using the information supplied by the Buyer when placing the order. If the Buyer's payment method fails and the Buyer cannot be reached within a reasonable amount of time, the order will be cancelled without further notice.
Spencer Aircraft reserves the right to cancel any order.
While Spencer Aircraft makes every effort to maintain and correct product and pricing information on a continual basis, Spencer Aircraft cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, sudden price changes and makes no guaranties for fitness for any purpose. Orders containing any errors will be cancelled. -
- Coupons, Sales And Special Deal restrictions
- Some manufacturers will not allow us to offer discounts on their products due to contractual dealer requirements, therefore Coupons and Discount Sales may not affect those items in your shopping cart. We appologize for any inconvenience.
