Universal Retarder Randolph - Y9910 - Quart

Randolph Universal Retarder is a mixture of slow evaporating solvents that may be used with either Butyrate dope, Nitrate dope, or Randacryl. Recommended to prevent blush in high humidity. May be added in amounts up to 20% of the total thinner used when necessary. Also aids in leveling and gloss enhancement when used in final color coats. This will slow down the drying time of the final coat allowing the film to level to a good gloss.
