Cadmium plated helical split lock washer that fits a 1/2 bolt/screw size. Helical split washers are widely used as anti-loosening assembly components to apply greater bolt tension per unit of applied torque. The split absorbs initial driving torque and visually closes under bolt loading. When tension in the assembly is reduced and loosening occurs, it provides resistance to the back-off rotation of the screw.
